This Agreement ensures you know what to expect so please read it thoroughly and type your name below. Your name in this agreement acts as a digital signature. A non-refundable retainer of $500 is due at the signing of this agreement with the balance to be paid off in installments or a lump sum 2 weeks before the date of the wedding. This retainer is non-refundable or transferable if the wedding is cancelled by the Client. Image delivery can take up to 5 weeks from the wedding date, I always aim for faster whenever possible. The entire copyright of the photographs is retained by the photographer. Where digital files have been provided to the bride and groom as part of their wedding collection, these photographs may be printed and displayed online, for personal but not commercial use. The photographer retains the right in all cases to use the photographs for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting his work unless specifically requested not to by the Client. If Paul Stevens cannot perform this agreement in whole or in part due to a fire or other casualty, acts of God or nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of Paul Stevens or due to photographer’s serious illness or injury, then all fees will be returned to the Client(s) but Paul Stevens shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement. All efforts will be taken to secure another photographer of a similar style and standard. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged. Client(s) agree that an entire wedding cannot be replicated, reenacted or repeated for the purpose of a re shoot and limits Paul Stevens' liability to the amount paid under this agreement. I have read and understood the terms. I hereby agree to the terms of this agreement and I have typed my name below. In the event that the wedding reception is postponed due to extenuating or unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19 related restrictions, both parties agree that the contracted work for the wedding reception will be performed at a later date as stipulated by James Green and Ally Cerni. Should the later date clash with any pre-booked work or other commitments, on the part of Paul Stevens, both parties agree that the total payment for time and services will be reduced to the hours worked at the wedding ceremony only on April 16th, 2021 and not the wedding reception. Both parties will act in good faith in their communication, should any extenuating or unforeseen circumstances arise.
